HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove pouch from outer packaging.
Heat until an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached.
These are heating guidelines only. Since appliances vary, adjust heating time as necessary.
STOVETOP – Recommended
1. Heat a non-stick pan on MEDIUM. Add 1 tsp (5 mL) of cooking oil (optional).
2. Lightly massage pouch for 5 seconds to separate chicken.
3. Open pouch and pour contents into the heated pan.
4. Heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve with prepared rice or naan bread.
MICROWAVE (1000 watts)
1. Lightly massage pouch for 5 seconds to separate chicken.
2. Open pouch and pour contents into a microwaveable dish,
cover and heat on HIGH for 4-5 minutes.
3. Serve with prepared rice or naan bread.
